Welcome to Send Relief’s Hamilton Ministry Center

The Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area is the most diverse region in North America, with more than 200 languages spoken across its communities. As housing pressures rise in Toronto, nearby Hamilton has become a hub for newcomers seeking stability, belonging, and opportunity.

Send Relief’s Hamilton Ministry Center supports refugee claimants and immigrants with English classes, case support, and community connection. Through the Building Bridges Initiative, families are invited into relationships with local churches that offer care, belonging, and the hope of the gospel.

Additional outreach includes the Friendship Initiative, which builds trust and dignity with those experiencing homelessness, and Engage the City, which mobilizes churches to meet needs in their own neighbourhoods. Together, these ministries reflect the heart of Isaiah 61—offering good news, comfort, and restoration.
